Basal Cell Cancer is a Bummer

I had the second basal cell on my cheek in the same location so the doctor recommended MOHS surgery. I had no idea it was involve as much as it did. I hear I won't have any scar at all but I am really sceptical.  I really am not worried about scarring just a little surprised.
