Charity Quilts

I belong to a quilting club and they require that I do a charity project each year. I just finished these two crib quilts. They are made of flannel. I collected flannel scraps from my daughter, Mary and from Sue, the wife of a fellow Lion, along with my own leftovers. I quilted it with Pearle cotton (yes, by hand). The quilts will go to abused women and children.

So nice! I love that pattern. Looks more complicated than it is. A friend and I make quilts together and we've given 4 away so far. The first pair went to a charity called Project Linus, and the second pair went to WrapThemInLove.com. We just picked those groups because we found them online, and we've never been sure that they were the best places to send the quilts. Where does your club send its charity quilts?
