Canvassing the Neighborhood

I decided that, with so many houses in my neighborhood going into foreclosure, I should get more interested in my neighborhood association. Today I was out canvassing the neighbors for signatures for mandatory association dues. About 65% of the neighbors pay the dues already. It is so important to keep the neighborhood appearance up in these times and as houses become empty it is also important to know who your neighbors are.
