Benign Positional Vertigo

Yesterday, I noticed the beginning of another episode of vertigo. Today when I awoke it was full force again. It figures I have almost 30 people coming to my house on Saturday for a baby shower for Gretel. I looked it up on Googol and it said that the spinning occurs when one tips their head and one of the treatments was not to tip your head. I guess "benign" means it won't hurt you (unless you lose your balance or upchuck in an inopportune place) and it also means that there are no easy solutions.
