I finished the quilt for Bill and Rejina. It turned out nicely. I especially like the red binding. Hopefully Bill can take it back to Oregon when he comes in July. Otherwise I have to take it in carry-on luggage or send it UPS and insure it for a $1000. Now I will start a quilt for Sammy. I want it to have lots of animals on it in cockeyed picture frames. It is still in the design phase.

Beautiful! And many congrats on finishing one. Binding is my favorite part of making quilts because I think it often changes the look a lot to have that final bit of solid color added. It just makes everything pop. I'm still hoping to finish two (of the 22 quilts I have in the works) in 2011. I'll have to speed up the quilting though to make that happen.
