This is a blog about me and my activities, not soup to nuts though because I don't go near the kitchen.

A Quilting Buddy
My Daughter, Gretel, likes to quilt as much as I do. Yesterday we spent the day working on our quilts. She finished the prairie points on a baby quilt she was making and started another using my Accucutter. Hubby has half of my design wall up. It is super.
Hi Peggy, Happy 4th! I was so happy to see -- just yesterday -- that you commented on my recent pathetic little blog post about wineberries. (I need to turn on my notifications.) And I'm flattered and honored that you check my blog often. I've wanted to resume blogging for such a long time but always feel like I have nothing worth blogging about. I remember when you first started and your husband said something like "who will read your blog?" Did I remember that correctly? Well I read it (when I remember) and I enjoy each and every post. So keep on blogging and I hope I can get back in the habit myself. I partially blame my slacking off to that twit Trump. He's on my mind way too much and every post I think about has him at the center. I promised, back in late 2016 or early 2017, that I would never post about him again. We'll see...
Love that quilt. Best to you and your family! Pam J.
I am a retired electrical engineer. I am the 5th generation to live in Detroit. My hubby, dad, brother, uncles and cousins and I all worked for the auto industry. I hate to cook! I like anything to do with a needle, not for shooting up but for pulling thread. Two of my daughters have a blog and I decided I wanted one too. My hubby said no one would read it.
